8Account Suspension & Termination

MPO212 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for legal compliance reasons. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the support team.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, mpo212 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance in that account depending on the nature of the violation. This decision is final upon completion of the internal investigation.

• Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's request will be refunded after review.
